Celebrating New Year’s Eve in Rajasthan and witnessing its remarkable cultural performances is pure bliss. Rajasthan is a land of culture and festivities. Its cultural folk dance and music is well known across the globe. To give our guests the best of memories of Rajasthan and its vibrant culture, jüSTa Rajputana organized Kalbeliya, the popular Rajasthani folk dance. The performance lit up the beautiful night and really made it a great start to the new year.
Unlimited Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic beverage with Lavish Gala Dinner
Gala dinner and unlimited drinks! What more do you need to begin with your new year? While the crowd was partying the night away, the celebration was topped with unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks along with a lavish gala dinner. There was a chaat & pani poori counter, mouth-watering starters, chef’s special salad bar, laal maas (Rajasthan), bagara baingan (Hyderabad), dum aloo kashmiri (Kashmir), rajbhog (Kolkata) etc. With unlimited drinks and a distinct variety of food, jüSTa Rajputana made sure the crowd’s spirits were high all night.

Even New Year’s Eve wouldn’t be considered complete without tasting the crowd’s beloved dish laal maas (red meat) at Rajasthan. It is apparently one of the most exquisite meat preparations in the country, which is exclusive to Rajasthan. This super spicy and super delicious dish gets its red hot colour (and name) and flavour from the generous amount of red chillies used in its preparation. Rajasthan serves this dish with bajre ki roti dipped in ghee.
